Curbside Pickup or Local Delivery:

Please select pick up or delivery for your online order if you would like to use that option.  We will notify when your order is ready for pickup and we deliver within a 20km radius.

Shipping Across Canada and the USA

A flat rate of $10.95 will apply for orders under 70.00 shipped within Canada. (Over $70 is free).

A flat rate of $15.00 will apply for orders under 75.00 USD shipped to the USA. (Over $75 is free).

You will be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

Shipping Internationally

We have shipped to Europe in the past on a one off basis.  Please email the store to work out arrangements.  Shipping is charged at the cost we incur.

Shipping Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns on tea due to our stringent food safety protocols, however if there is a problem with your order we want to make it right. Please contact hello@bluemountainteaco.com to discuss.
