Refund Policy

If your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to: hello@bluemountainteaco.com with your order number. Alternately, you can contact the store at 705 293 1887 to discuss options. We can offer an exchange or a store credit in the form of a gift card that can be used on-line or in store.  Please note that we cannot accept returns of tea for food safety reasons.
