Blue Mountain Tea Company ships via Canada Post, US Postal Service both domestically and internationally. During periods of heavy demand for our tea, we will update you either through a personal email, or a communication via our social media networks. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Nor are we able to process refunds on tea as it is a food product. Please ensure care is taken to protect the item being returned and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost shipments coming back to our Collingwood Ontario facility.
