Blue Mountain Tea Company ships via Canada Post, US Postal Service both domestically and internationally. During periods of heavy demand for our tea, we will update you either through a personal email, or a communication via our social media networks as to expected delivery date. If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us immediate and we will replace it at no charge. If you are dissatisfied with a purchased product, we will provide a store credit for the item’s cost within 14 days of purchase but not the shipping costs. We are however, unable to process returns on tea as it is a food product. Please ensure care is taken to protect the item being returned and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost shipments coming back to our Collingwood Ontario facility.
